This facility is a few hours drive from Mandalay. There are 280 students in all age groups. For primary and secondary level, there are 7 teachers. For High School and College-level courses, students have to stay in Lal Way, Mandalay division.

This facility requires funding for many different purposes. They have their own small vegetable farm and candle factory to cover daily expenses, but the typical daily expenses are a lot higher than the small amount of income that is generated. The monk said they typically cook a bag of rice daily for all students studying in that monastery.
